Open competitions for all athletes – affiliated and non-affiliated – give the opportunity to win the title of Interfederal Polish Champion and win attractive cash and material prizes. In addition, the start of the competition is also a unique opportunity to become the face of the tenth edition of the international FIWE 2023 fair !

Competitors taking part in the competition can start simultaneously in four main categories: Junior, Senior and Master and can choose several different bodybuilding competitions in each of the above-mentioned main categories.
