A one-of-a-kind competition for fitness enthusiasts will take place on September 9, right next to FIWE. Hyrox, which enjoys great popularity abroad, will hold its first ever competition in Poland. This is a competition for everyone, regardless of fitness level. They consist of 8 1-kilometer running sections and 8 functional exercises.

The standardized Hyrox course consists of 8 kilometers of running and 8 functional exercises involving the whole body. You can approach this challenge individually, in a pair or in a team of 4 to form a relay.

By taking part in Hyrox in Warsaw, you not only have the chance to test your endurance and join a group of dedicated fitness enthusiasts and athletic competition – you can also gain qualification for the Hyrox World Championships.
