Open competitions for all athletes – affiliated and non -attached – give the opportunity to win the title of Interfederation Polish Champion and win attractive cash and material prizes. In addition, taking part in the competition is also a unique opportunity to become the Face of the tenth edition of the international FIWE 2023 trade fair!

Competitors participating in the competition can start simultaneously in four main categories: Junior, Senior and Masterand can choose several different physique competitions in each of the above-mentioned main categories.
